Cameron Philip is a highly skilled shotcrete specialist and IRATA Level 3 rope access technician with extensive experience delivering complex drilling and ground engineering projects across Australia.

With a career spanning remote mine sites, infrastructure corridors, and high-risk urban environments, Cameron has led and executed a wide range of works including shotcrete spraying, rope access drilling, anchoring, scaling, and mesh installation.

His hands-on knowledge and calm leadership in high-risk environments have made him a go-to expert for challenging jobs where safety, speed, and precision are critical. From deep cuts in regional Queensland to confined access tunnels in New South Wales, Cameron has earned a reputation for delivering results under pressure—without compromising quality or safety.

As a founding operator at Ropecrete, he brings invaluable frontline experience, technical control, and the kind of leadership that only comes from doing the hard yards—on rope, in dust, and under deadlines.
